Entry of Foreigners (Erasmus students, teachers and staffs) during the Extraordinary Situation

In accordance    with the https://www.minv.sk/swift_data/source/verejna_sprava/vestnik_vlady_sr_rok_2021/ciastka_26_2021.pdf which imposes measures in the event of a threat to public health concerning the quarantine obligations of persons after entering the territory of the Slovak Republic

 

1) All persons who from 17 February 2021 from 06:00 a.m. enter the territory of the Slovak Republic and who have visited exclusively the EU countries, Iceland, the Kingdom of Norway, the Particiality of Liechtenstein, or the Swiss Confederation, United Kingdom or Nothern Ireland during the previous 14 days, isolation in the home environment or in a quarantine accommodation facility is ordered, which ends:

a) upon receiving a negative result of the RT-PCR test for COVID-19,
b) with an asymptomatic course of isolation upon completion of its 14th day,

 

2) All persons who from 17 February 2021 from 06:00 a.m. enter the territory of the Slovak Republic and who have visited a country that is not a member of the European Union during the previous, 14 days, isolation in the home environment or in a quarantine accommodation facility is ordered, which ends:

a) upon receiving a negative result of the RT-PCR test for COVID-19.

The isolation in the home environment is imposed on all persons living in the common household with the person.

 

These persons  (from article 1 and 2) shall be obliged

a) to register at the latest immediately upon entry into the Slovak Republic at the website korona.gov.sk/en/ehranica,
b) during their stay in the territory of the Slovak Republic to be able to submit a confirmation under letter a) to members of the Police Force of the Slovak Republic.
c) undergo a laboratory diagnosis of COVID-19 at the earliest on the eighth day of isolation in the home environment or in a quarantine accommodation facility.

d) persons entering the territory of the Slovak Republic by air are also obliged to fill in
electronic form for passenger search in connection with the protection of public health published on
website https://www.mindop.sk/covid/.
